How to Upload A Case

Welcome to and thank you for registering.  You will now be able to provide immediate on-site dermatological care to your patients without the wait and uncertainty that is so often the case when referring to a specialist Dermatologist.  Teledermatology involves the use of electronic communications to enable health care providers at different locations to share individual patient medical information for the purpose of improving patient care.  Specifically, we utilize digital images of the patient’s skin condition that can easily be uploaded to our private HIPPAA compliant web portal where they are analyzed by our board certified Dermatologists who then render a diagnosis and suggested treatment plan. The benefits to you include improved access to specialty dermatological care, more efficient dermatological evaluation and management, and quick expert advice from a Board Certified Specialist.

Once your account is approved, your personal username and password will be activated and an email confirmation will be sent to you. The site will then be accessible and you can start to upload and send cases.  Registering a new patient is fast and simple.

  1. Sign in using your personal username and password
  2. Click on "Register new patient"
  3. Fill in all appropriate history ( the more information provided, the better the diagnostic accuracy)
  4. Upload images (try to upload a minimum of 3 images)
  5. Distribution
  6. Close up (anterior/posterior view)
  7. Close up ( oblique/lateral view)
  8. Additional images if necessary
  9. Click on Submit and register new patient

Once the case is reviewed, usually within two hours if sent between 9am-5pm EST Monday through Friday, you will receive an email notification.  Then you can log back into the site where you can review the suspected diagnosis and suggested treatment plan.  This can be saved or printed in a .PDF format, as well.  From this point, you can then add comments and keep in touch with the dermatologist during the course of treatment.

Once again, thank you for registering to become a member of  You are at the cutting edge of medical technology and 21st Century medical care.  We look forward to working with you.
